Job Description:

Join a reputable law firm in Essex seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to strengthen its team. This role offers high-quality work, career progression, hybrid working, and an excellent benefits package.

Job Responsibility:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
new build transactions
high-value property work
remortgages, auctions, shared ownership, and transfers of equity
personal guarantees and complex title matters
manage files independently
contribute to the department’s continued success through client care, networking, and business development

Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
strong technical knowledge and confidence in managing a varied caseload independently
excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in supporting the growth of the team
willingness to engage in networking and BD activities
