Job Description:

A well-regarded law firm based in Wimbledon is seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy and collaborative conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor with 2-5 years’ PQE to take ownership of a varied caseload while working in a supportive and client-focused environment. The firm is known for delivering high standards of service across South West London and beyond.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a caseload of residential property matters from start to finish
Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages and title transfers
Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents and reports
Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders to ensure smooth transactions
Meeting billing and time recording targets while upholding client service standards
Maintaining compliance with SRA and firm protocols

Requirements:

2-5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
A strong track record of managing files independently
Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills
A client-focused approach with a high standard of care
The ability to generate fee income and meet financial targets
Qualification as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
