Job Description:

A well-regarded law firm based in Wimbledon is seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy and collaborative conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor with 2-5 years’ PQE to take ownership of a varied caseload while working in a supportive and client-focused environment. The firm is known for delivering high standards of service across South West London and beyond.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters from start to finish
  • Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages and title transfers
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents and reports
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders to ensure smooth transactions
  • Meeting billing and time recording targets while upholding client service standards
  • Maintaining compliance with SRA and firm protocols

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
  • A strong track record of managing files independently
  • Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills
  • A client-focused approach with a high standard of care
  • The ability to generate fee income and meet financial targets
  • Qualification as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
