Job Description:

An experienced residential property solicitor is sought to join a leading law firm in Sheffield. The role involves managing a diverse case load of residential and some commercial property matters. The firm offers hybrid working, flexible hours, competitive salary, excellent benefits, and free parking.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a non-volume case load of conveyancing matters from inception to completion
working on freehold, leasehold, new build, sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, auction properties, transfer of equity, and help to buy
handling some commercial property cases.

Requirements:

At least 2 years solid conveyancing fee earning experience
ability to manage a non-volume case load of conveyancing matters from inception to completion
familiarity with freehold, leasehold, new build, sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, auction properties, transfer of equity, and help to buy
experience handling some commercial property cases.
