Job Description:

An experienced residential property solicitor is sought to join a leading law firm in Sheffield. The role involves managing a diverse case load of residential and some commercial property matters. The firm offers hybrid working, flexible hours, competitive salary, excellent benefits, and free parking.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a non-volume case load of conveyancing matters from inception to completion
  • working on freehold, leasehold, new build, sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, auction properties, transfer of equity, and help to buy
  • handling some commercial property cases.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years solid conveyancing fee earning experience
  • ability to manage a non-volume case load of conveyancing matters from inception to completion
  • familiarity with freehold, leasehold, new build, sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, auction properties, transfer of equity, and help to buy
  • experience handling some commercial property cases.
