Job Description:

A well established, national firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor for their Wokingham office. The successful candidate will join the Residential Property department, handling various conveyancing matters, and will be responsible for managing caseloads independently while delivering exceptional service to clients and mentoring Paralegals.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently manage caseload, meeting personal targets and deadlines independently
take full responsibility for files from opening to completion, ensuring compliance with SLA's and regulations
receive instructions and draft legal documents
engage with counterparts proactively
ensure accurate billing and proper fund allocation upon completion
provide supervision and support to Paralegals.

Requirements:

Upwards of 3PQE within Residential Property matters
ability to efficiently manage caseload, meeting personal targets and deadlines independently
full responsibility for files from opening to completion, ensuring compliance with SLA's and regulations
ability to draft legal documents and engage with counterparts proactively
ensure accurate billing and proper fund allocation upon completion
ability to supervise and support Paralegals.
