Job Description:

An opportunity to join a friendly and progressive law firm in South London, handling residential property transactions with plenty of client contact and strong support staff. The firm values work-life balance and offers a supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
Transfers of equity
Remortgages
Lease extensions
Maintaining plenty of client contact.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive, client-focused attitude
Licensed Conveyancers, Solicitors, or Legal Executives will all be considered.
