Job Description:

In this role you will have exposure to a diverse portfolio of residential property matters, allowing you to expand your skillset as well as working in a supportive, inclusive work environment that values work-life balance and professional development.

Job Responsibility:

Handling a wide range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters
Delivering exceptional client service
Building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
Supporting the growth of the team

Requirements:

Extensive experience (5+ PQE) in residential property law, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service
Expertise in handling a wide range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share knowledge and support the growth of the team
