Job Description

A Legal 500 firm based in Wokingham is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their busy team. You will manage a high-quality caseload, with responsibilities that include managing a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.

Job Responsibility

  • managing a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
  • handling sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, and re-mortgages
  • liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
  • conducting title checks and searches
  • preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
  • ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
  • providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years PQE
  • experience with residential conveyancing matters
  • experience with retirement properties, shared ownership, and equity release is advantageous
