Become a key player in a Legal 500 Residential Property team, where you'll tackle a diverse range of non-contentious matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.

Requirements

  • Advise on a wide range of Residential Property transactional work
  • Oversee and supervise the continued development of the junior members of the team
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering the highest levels of client service
  • Make a positive and energetic contribution to our dynamic and confident team
  • Develop and maintain your knowledge on issues within Residential Property

Nice to have

  • 6+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Residential Property
  • The ability to work on a caseload with minimal supervision
  • Excellent teamwork and relationship-building skills
