This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive legal team and handle a varied caseload within a busy residential conveyancing department. This role would suit someone proactive, methodical and client-focused, with previous experience in residential conveyancing and post-completion work.
Job Responsibility:
Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters under supervision
Opening files, completing onboarding documentation and compliance checks (AML/CDD)
Ordering and reviewing property searches and escalating any issues
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
Supporting leasehold transactions and management company enquiries
Completing HM Land Registry applications and responding to requisitions
Serving notices, certificates of compliance and post-completion requirements
Providing clear client updates and maintaining high service standards
Supporting fee-earners and working collaboratively within the department
Requirements:
Previous experience in residential conveyancing, including post-completion work
Knowledge of SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
Familiarity with case management systems
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
Confident communication skills with clients and third parties
A proactive and team-focused approach
