A well-established, London-based law firm is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join their busy conveyancing department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Residential Property Paralegal looking to gain hands-on experience within a supportive and professional environment.
Job Responsibility:
Conducting searches and drafting reports
Preparing contracts, transfer deeds and other legal documents
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
Managing post-completion formalities including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
Keeping case files and client information up to date
Assisting with administrative duties across the wider team
Requirements:
6-12 months' experience working in a residential property department
Law degree or equivalent legal qualification (e.g. LPC/SQE1)
Good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Familiarity with case management systems and Microsoft Office
Nice to have:
Experience within a Band 2 or Band 3 Legal 500 firm
