Job Description:

A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, is looking for an experienced Residential Paralegal in their London office. This role is permanent and will be performed on a hybrid working basis (3 days a week in the office after probation/training). The role sits within our client’s Real Estate & Projects team, and they work on a wide variety of property transactions with a broad range of clients from registered providers of social care and housing to private developers, acting on sites and developments both on small and large scale.

Job Responsibility:

working on residential property issues for a number of key clients
arranging lease extensions
broad range of property work from smaller scale residential conveyancing to large portfolio projects

Requirements:

at least 12 months' continuous experience in a similar role
strong analytical skills
excellent attention to detail
ability to manage their own caseload
work independently with minimal supervision
excellent academics including a good law degree (2:1 minimum)
excellent IT and organisational skills
must hold full UK working rights

Nice to have:

experience of dealing with developers and/or housing associations
experience of completing SDLT returns
