Job Responsibility:

Engage in a broad range of residential property work, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and lease extensions
Join a supportive and respected team, known for delivering outstanding client service
Play a role in business development activities, using your client-focused approach and excellent communication skills to support the firm's growth

Requirements:

Solid understanding and practical experience in residential conveyancing
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
A proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative approach to team work
Interest in contributing to business development efforts
Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and a passion for professional growth
Recently qualified as a solicitor, CILEx lawyer, or licensed conveyancer, or approaching qualification with relevant experience
Strong academic background with a genuine interest in property law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
