An exciting opportunity has arisen at a Legal 500 law firm for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their thriving Residential Property team based in North London. This permanent position offers a competitive salary and is an excellent next step for those beginning their legal careers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engage in a broad range of residential property work, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and lease extensions
  • Join a supportive and respected team, known for delivering outstanding client service
  • Play a role in business development activities, using your client-focused approach and excellent communication skills to support the firm's growth

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding and practical experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative approach to team work
  • Interest in contributing to business development efforts
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and a passion for professional growth
  • Recently qualified as a solicitor, CILEx lawyer, or licensed conveyancer, or approaching qualification with relevant experience
  • Strong academic background with a genuine interest in property law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
