Our client, a well-established property management company, is seeking a skilled Residential Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and long-term success of their residential portfolio. Job Responsibility:
Manage all aspects of residential property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and resident relations
Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, ensuring outstanding customer service and prompt resolution of issues
Coordinate property inspections, routine maintenance, and repairs to ensure properties remain in optimal condition
Oversee marketing and advertising for available units to maintain high occupancy rates
Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide regular reports to ownership or senior management
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal property regulations, as well as company policies
Supervise and support on-site staff, vendors, and contractors
Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in residential property management or a related field
Strong knowledge of property management best practices, leasing, and maintenance coordination
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment
