Job Description:

My client is a dynamic and growing legal firm that is seeking a passionate and self-motivated individual to join their team. You will have the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, supervise and develop junior staff, and directly contribute to the continued success of the business.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development
Develop strong relationships with estate agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders to win new business

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience running a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters
Strong knowledge and technical expertise in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including leasehold, lease extensions, transfers of equity, new build, and SDLT requirements
Proven track record of managing unregistered properties and dealing with property restrictions and cautions
Excellent team management skills, with the ability to develop, coach, and mentor junior team members
Demonstrated success in winning new business and building strong relationships with estate agents and brokers
Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure
