Residential Property Associate

• Acquisitions and disposals of prime and super-prime London property
• High-value freehold and leasehold transactions
• Property acquisitions involving trusts, offshore structures and family offices
• Portfolio management and restructuring matters
• Advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals
• Residential financing and refinancing transactions
• Landlord and tenant matters connected to residential assets
• Complex title investigations and property structuring
• Development acquisitions and strategic land matters
• Coordination with private wealth, tax and trust specialists on multi-disciplinary matters

• 4+ years PQE gained within a recognised residential property practice
• Strong experience handling high-value residential transactions
• Experience advising high-net-worth clients
• Excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing and property law
• Confidence managing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
• A collaborative approach and desire to build long-term client relationships

Experience working with trusts, private wealth clients or complex ownership structures would be advantageous
