My client is a top 200 law firm, currently looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their forward-thinking, client-focused legal team. Responsibilities include managing residential property transactions, liaising with clients, and leveraging digital conveyancing tools. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Handle transfers of equity and remortgages
  • Oversee shared ownership and new build transactions
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and timely completions

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years of residential property experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage files independently
