Job Description:

My client is a top 200 law firm, currently looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their forward-thinking, client-focused legal team. Responsibilities include managing residential property transactions, liaising with clients, and leveraging digital conveyancing tools. Job Responsibility:

Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
Handle transfers of equity and remortgages
Oversee shared ownership and new build transactions
Liaise with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and timely completions

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years of residential property experience
Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage files independently
Excellent client care and communication skills
Proficient with case management systems and digital conveyancing tools
