Job Description:

The role involves managing caseloads of residential property transactions like sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages. The candidate will liaise with clients and other professionals to ensure smooth completions.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
Handle transfers of equity and remortgages
Deal with shared ownership and new build transactions
Liaise with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and timely completions

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years of residential property experience
Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage files independently
Excellent client care and communication skills
Proficient with case management systems and digital conveyancing tools
