We are seeking a skilled Residential Project Plumber with strong experience in residential remodeling and new construction, specializing in high-end and custom home projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in craftsmanship and can manage plumbing installations from rough-in through final trim with precision. This position offers a consistent daytime schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) with no on-call requirements, making it a great fit for plumbers seeking work-life balance while working on premium residential projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Install, assemble, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewer piping for remodels and new construction
  • Perform rough-in and underground work, including trenching, pipe installation, and system layout according to project specifications
  • Measure, cut, thread, and fit pipes using hand and power tools, ensuring proper alignment and secure connections
  • Install and support plumbing components such as valves, fixtures, hangers, brackets, pumps, and related system parts
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues including leaks, damaged pipes, clogged drains, and malfunctioning fixtures or appliances
  • Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise plumbing layouts and ensure project accuracy
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to maintain workflow and meet construction timelines
  • Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and quality expectations
  • Assist with material selection, job site preparation, and maintaining organized work areas

Requirements:
