6 months+ UK experience of working within a similar setting
5 years of professional references
Enhanced DBS, subscribed to the update service (or willing to get one)
level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Will require no further NVQ
level 3 Diploma in Adult social care (Will require doing 3 units of Children's Residential Care level three NVQ)
No Qualifications requires full level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare Knowledge in safeguarding

Job Responsibility

Provide quality, person-centered care to Children aged 5 to 18
Work alongside a team of practitioners, Seniors, Deputies and Registered Manager
Work with external agencies
Complete all daily and specific recordings to a high standard and input on to a software system
Report directly to the Leadership Team
Work towards achieving the best outcomes for children in line with Children's homes regulations 2015
