Job Description

ForeverCare are looking for full time dedicated Residential practitioners to provide quality, person-centred care to Children aged 5 to 18, with a variety of different needs and requirements. All who require care and support in our ever-expanding service.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide quality, person-centred care to Children aged 5 to 18, with a variety of different needs and requirements
  • Work alongside a team of practitioners, Seniors, Deputies and Registered Manager caring for and supporting our children to progress positively
  • Work with external agencies
  • Complete all daily and specific recordings to a high standard and inputted on to a software system
  • Report directly to the Leadership Team

Requirements

  • Right to Work in the UK
  • 6 months+ UK experience of working within a similar setting
  • 5 years of professional references
  • Enhanced DBS, subscribed to the update service (or willing to get one)
  • Work towards achieving the best outcomes for children in line with Children's homes regulations 2015

Nice to have

  • level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential
  • level 3 Diploma in Adult social care
  • Knowledge in safeguarding
