Requirements

2+ years of residential plumbing experience is required
MUST have a valid California driver’s license
Ability to work weekends and one on-call night shift per week
Able to lift up to 60 lbs
Willingness to be a team player

Job Responsibility

Receive dispatch notifications, write estimates, and convert sold estimates to invoices using a company-provided iPad
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace all plumbing issues promptly
Perform water heater repairs and installations
Clear clogged drains using various cable machines
Conduct pipe repairs, garbage disposal replacements, toilet repairs and replacements, and sink repairs and replacements
Perform crawl space and under-home repairs, excavation, and sewer mainline repairs
Provide multiple options to customers in the form of “Good, Better, Best.”
Provide clear explanations of diagnoses and proper solutions
