Job Description

The Avenue Bellevue development is looking for a Residential Operations Manager to manage 2 residential operation duties in the newly constructed mixed-use residence project consisting of 365 luxury serviced condominium units in two towers, surrounded and in synergy with the 208 rooms and suite first class InterContinental Hotel Seattle Bellevue, convention center, 1,000 unit parking garage, and extensive luxury retail space. This position reports directly to the Community Association Manager.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage 2 residential operation duties in the newly constructed mixed-use residence project
