Job Description:

This role supports the Residential Lending Department of a financial institution, focusing on administrative and operational tasks related to mortgage loans. Ideal candidates will have experience in the financial services industry, particularly in residential lending, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organize and maintain residential loan files, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with internal policies
  • Prepare standard customer documents and correspondence using established templates
  • Provide updates to customers and team members regarding loan status, missing items, and inquiries
  • Coordinate with third parties to secure required documentation, such as verifications and payoffs
  • Assist loan processors and officers with administrative tasks, including updating tracking tools and shared file platforms

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and shared file platforms such as OneDrive or ShareFile
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
