Job Description

Working within a busy and collaborative Residential Lettings team, we are looking for a professional, personable and motivated person to join our team as a Residential Lettings Valuer. The successful candidate will be expected to work at the highest standard and be committed to delivering outstanding customer service to both tenants and landlords.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct market appraisals in our client's homes, offering market leading professional advice
  • Advise potential clients on marketing strategies and tools available
  • Ability to build key relationships and follow up
  • Always ensure outstanding client care and service
  • Impeccable presentation at all times
  • Identify and follow up new business opportunities
  • Monitor and manage team performance as well as your own
  • Monitor and influence market share
  • Maintain a customer centric approach

Requirements

  • At least two year's industry experience
  • Up to date with trends in the local residential lettings market
  • Customer/client management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organised
  • Driven/Ambitious
  • Work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
