Residential leasing administrator

• Manage the monthly billing process
• Ensure rigorous quality control and compliance with administrative processes
• Coordinate residential lease renewals
• Process tenant charges and rent payments
• Provide support to operational teams
• Carry out various other administrative tasks necessary for managing leases

• 2 years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the Yardi Voyager/ Breeze system
• Good command of office tools (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
• Priority management skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Rigor, organization and orientation towards results

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, flexibility between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
