Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to service calls to diagnose and resolve drain and sewer line issues
Utilize drain cleaning equipment such as snakes, hydro-jetting machines, and augers to clear blockages
Conduct sewer line inspections using cameras to identify the source of problems and recommend solutions
Provide accurate estimates for services and obtain customer approval before beginning work
Communicate effectively with customers to explain the nature of the problem and recommended solutions
Maintain accurate records of service calls, including work performed and materials used
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others
Act as the senior technical resource on the service team, providing expert guidance and mentorship to less experienced technicians during complex service calls
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in residential drain cleaning
P-2 (Plumbing and Piping Limited) License is REQUIRED
Demonstrated experience in taking ownership of jobs, providing high-level diagnostics, and leadership or mentoring
Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems and drain cleaning equipment
Proficiency with technology, including using an iPad and company smartphone for daily job management
Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record
