Job Responsibility:
Performs installations and changes of service
Troubleshoots the drop from the tap to the customer's equipment
Completes associated record keeping
Determines acceptability of service by reviewing and confirming quality of service
Determines appropriate placement of devices and design of Wi-Fi network
Communicates and provides customer with education on products and services
Cleans, maintains and stocks vehicle and equipment
Reconciles with warehouse regarding issued CPE
Operates and maintains installation tools
Navigates digital tools
Obtain and maintain appropriate licensing
Uses sound judgment
Performs jobs from high places
Manipulates objects
Lifts and carries loads of 70 lbs. or more
Works in confined spaces
Works while standing
Works near power lines
Works in areas with moderate noise levels
Works within manufacturer's rated weight capacity
Drives company vehicle
