Job Responsibility

Install and service premium custom window treatments with precision and care
Partner with Sales, Support, and Production to drive sustaining and repeatable improvements in the client experience, answer technical or application questions, and oversee new product launches with hands-on use and testing
Ensure every project is done right the first time
Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Field Managers to deliver an exceptional client experience
Troubleshoot issues on-site and make real-time decisions to keep projects moving
Continuously sharpen skills with ongoing paid training and new product rollouts
