MRICS or FRICS status
RICS Registered Valuer accreditation
Strong working knowledge of the RICS Red Book and valuation principles
Previous consultancy experience in residential or mixed-use schemes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and valuation software (KEL, Argus Developer desirable – training can be provided)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive and commercially focused approach

Job Responsibility

Undertake residential development valuations and cost assessments
Prepare detailed reports aligned with RICS guidance, including the Red Book

RICS Registered Valuer
Experience in the valuation of property assets using DCF, investment capitalisation and residual methods
Fluent user of MS Excel, including data analysis and some financial modelling
Experience of pricing large scale residential build for sale schemes using MS Excel
Comfortable creating and working with Excel cashflows and Argus Developer
Excellent written English, with the ability to produce high quality, accurate reports in MS Word with good attention to detail
