Job Description

Our Manchester office is currently seeking a Residential focussed Valuation Surveyor. This role calls for an RICS-registered valuer with experience in loan security work. This position offers a unique chance to work with a diverse client base, from property developers and investors to large corporate businesses, providing a wide range of interesting and dynamic experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Loan Security: Offering lenders comprehensive, independent reports on market and rental values of properties, development schemes or entire portfolios
  • Alternative Valuations: Conducting valuations for financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation, and taxation
  • Company Accounts Valuation: Providing clients with detailed, accurate reports on the value of their property assets
  • Fund Valuation: Supplying asset management companies and investment trusts with essential data on their property holdings

Requirements

  • RICS-registered valuer with a focus on loan security
  • Experienced in Residential Development Valuation advisory work
  • Competent with the use of Argus Developer and other proprietary software
