Position Overview: We are hiring 1st–4th Year Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians to perform rough‑in for door access systems/ security cameras, finishing, and system installation work in multifamily residential construction. You will contribute to high‑quality electrical installations while working in a safe, structured, and professional environment.
Job Responsibility
Collaborate with other trades to coordinate work and ensure project deadlines are met
Install and repair electrical systems in multifamily residential buildings
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and team members
Requirements
Registration as a Journeyman in your jurisdiction
Minimum 1 year experience in wood frame residential construction (multi-family preferred)
Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Must have own tools and PPE
Complete daily hazard assessments
Comply with on site safety standards
Participate in weekly toolbox talk
Reliable transportation to get to and from work
Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily residential construction
