Job Responsibility:

  • Engage in complex and large-scale land acquisitions for renowned household names across England and Wales
  • Collaboration agreements between developers, disposals of serviced parcels to Housing Associations, funding arrangements, strategic options, and urban regeneration

Requirements:

  • A Solicitor who is either a Newly Qualified (NQ) or has up to 2 years’ Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
  • Experience working with housebuilder clients is advantageous
  • Skilled commercial property lawyers eager to specialise in residential work are also welcomed
