Job Description

We are seeking to fill Residential Counselor positions and add valuable members to our team to accomplish our mission! Join our team on the shift that suits you best! We have immediate openings for day, evening, and awake overnight shifts, seven days a week.

Job Responsibility

  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with the clients, staff, volunteers and visitors
  • Maintains resident safety and confidentiality
  • Prepares and submits detailed shift and incident reports of all activities, incidents and emergencies that occur during shift
  • Maintains safety and security of the building, company vehicles, and all Veterans Inc. property on site
  • First responder for client-related emergencies

Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience working in security, residential or direct care services
  • Must be able to successfully pass a CORI/Background records check
  • Compliance with Veterans Inc. COVID-19 Vaccination Policy
  • Must be willing to submit to and successfully pass a drug test
