Job Responsibility

Prepare, cook, and present a variety of home-style meals tailored to residents’ dietary needs
Plan menus that are balanced, nutritious, and appealing
Cater for individual dietary requirements (e.g. allergies, cultural, texture-modified diets)
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety policies
Work collaboratively with care staff to support residents’ preferences and wellbeing
Provide a warm, friendly dining experience for residents
