Job Description:

Are you a qualified Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE looking to develop your career in a firm that values both its people and its clients? I am working with a highly regarded law firm with a strong reputation for a forward-thinking culture and commitment to excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients and agents, ensuring outstanding service
  • Prepare and draft legal documentation, keeping clients updated throughout the process
  • Work closely with other departments to refer and develop client relationships
  • Assist with business development and marketing activities to help grow the firm’s presence
  • Use the Case Management System effectively, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

  • 2+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing / Property
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently, managing a busy caseload with confidence
  • A detail-oriented and proactive approach to client service
  • A team player with a commercial mindset, keen to contribute to business growth
