Job Description:

Are you a qualified Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE looking to develop your career in a firm that values both its people and its clients? I am working with a highly regarded law firm with a strong reputation for a forward-thinking culture and commitment to excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties
Provide expert advice and support to clients and agents, ensuring outstanding service
Prepare and draft legal documentation, keeping clients updated throughout the process
Work closely with other departments to refer and develop client relationships
Assist with business development and marketing activities to help grow the firm’s presence
Use the Case Management System effectively, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

2+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing / Property
Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
Ability to work independently, managing a busy caseload with confidence
A detail-oriented and proactive approach to client service
A team player with a commercial mindset, keen to contribute to business growth
