Job Description:

Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for a legal firm based in Bromley. This permanent role offers a full-time opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, handling residential property transactions and mentoring junior team members.

Job Responsibility:

  • Guide clients through the complexities of residential property transactions, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the firm, working alongside a team of dedicated professionals
  • Mentor and shadow junior members of the team, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment, showcasing your ability to work as part of a high-performing team
  • Bring a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing accurate and timely advice to your clients
  • Embrace the opportunity to mentor and shadow junior members of the team, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Nice to have:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, with a strong understanding of residential property law and regulations
  • Preferably, have previous experience working in a Legal 500 firm, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge and best practices
  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex legal matters with ease.
