Job Description:

How would you like to become an integral part of the dynamic team at a well respected firm in Bexleyheath as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 to £60,000, allowing you to thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a CQS accredited firm, we are seeking a talented individual who can handle a high volume of caseload matters, expertly navigate sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, and leverage their IT literacy and experience with case management systems.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a diverse portfolio of residential property transactions
Deliver exceptional client care and ensure efficient, proactive handling of matters
Contribute to the growth and success of our thriving Conveyancing department

Requirements:

Demonstrate a broad knowledge of property law and the ability to handle your own caseload
Showcase your proficiency in managing transactions proactively and efficiently while maintaining exceptional client care
Exhibit strong organizational skills and the capacity to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
Possess the ability to remain calm under pressure and work collaboratively within a team
Demonstrate a diligent and conscientious approach to your work, with a willingness to assist and encourage less senior members of the department
Qualified as a Solicitor or Conveyancer with relevant experience in the legal sector
Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of residential property transactions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
