Job Description:

An established and growing law firm in Hove is seeking a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team. The role involves managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, providing expert guidance to clients, and contributing to the growth of the conveyancing department. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ PQE, strong client care skills, and a proactive approach.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds and shared ownership, lease extensions and re-mortgages
Provide expert legal guidance to clients from instruction through to completion
Liaise effectively with estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
Ensure all matters are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and care
Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the conveyancing department

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years’ PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx)
Confident managing files from start to finish with minimal supervision
Strong communication and client care skills
Detail-oriented, with a proactive and professional approach
