Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
New build transactions
High-value property work
Remortgages, auctions, shared ownership, and transfers of equity
Personal guarantees and complex title matters

Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
Strong technical knowledge and confidence in managing a varied caseload independently
Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in supporting the growth of the team
Willingness to engage in networking and BD activities
