Sacco Mann Recruitment is proud to be working with a respected and progressive law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their well-established team in Chesterfield. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a conveyancing team within the department
  • Manage a broad range of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Collaborate with the Head of Residential Property to support departmental growth
  • Ensure all cases are managed efficiently, adhering to high standards and deadlines
  • Maintain excellent client communication and service throughout the conveyancing process

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years' post-qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing
  • Strong IT skills, including familiarity with case management systems
  • Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and excellent communication abilities
  • Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and team development
