Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

• Manage their own caseload of residential matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, covering both freehold and leasehold properties
• Handle files from instruction through to completion and registration, with minimal supervision

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing files from start to finish across a range of residential transactions
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Any commercial property experience would be advantageous but is not required
