Job Description:

A well-established high street law firm based in South West London is looking to recruit a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their respected property team. With decades of experience in the local market, this client-focused firm offers a welcoming and professional environment for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor ready to take the next step in their career.

Job Responsibility:

Manage their own caseload of residential matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, covering both freehold and leasehold properties
Handle files from instruction through to completion and registration, with minimal supervision

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
Confident managing files from start to finish across a range of residential transactions
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Any commercial property experience would be advantageous but is not required

Nice to have:

Commercial property experience
