Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established firm known for its private client and non-contentious legal work. Job Responsibility:

Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions, and re-mortgages
Using a case management system to independently progress files efficiently and accurately
Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documentation with strong attention to detail
Providing clear, client-focused legal advice, maintaining excellent communication throughout the process
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm and contributing to a positive team culture
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, often with returning or locally referred clients

Requirements:

A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in residential property
Proven ability to handle a full conveyancing caseload independently
Strong technical knowledge, especially in leasehold and new-build transactions
Excellent drafting and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
A team player with a proactive and positive approach to work and client service
Familiarity with case management systems and the ability to use technology to streamline workflow
