Our client is seeking a dedicated Permanent Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ+ level) to join their team in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. In this role, you will assume full responsibility for managing your own caseload of residential property files, including sales and purchases of all types of residential properties, mortgages and remortgages, and home equity release plans. You will be expected to provide expert legal advice to clients and deliver exceptional service throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
Job Responsibility:
Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the process
Delivering outstanding service to existing clients while proactively generating new business opportunities
Handling all matters efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Effectively liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders involved in transactions
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, conducting searches, and managing financial aspects of transactions
Attending networking events to promote the firm’s services and assist in acquiring new business
Requirements:
A relevant legal or conveyancing qualification is essential
Strong knowledge of property law, contract law, and conveyancing procedures
Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills
Ability to manage your own caseload independently and with a proactive approach
