Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage a caseload of residential property transactions
Mentor and support junior colleagues, providing guidance on legal issues and case management
Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to deliver first-class legal services
Utilise case management systems and other technology to streamline processes
Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the Residential Property Department
Requirements:
At least 3+ years’ post-qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing
Strong IT proficiency, including familiarity with case management systems
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and outstanding communication abilities
Leadership experience and a genuine passion for mentoring and team development
