Job Description

Sacco Mann is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client's well-established team in Bury, Greater Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for solicitors with a solid background in residential property law to contribute to a busy and expanding practice.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing a broad spectrum of conveyancing transactions, ranging from freehold and leasehold sales, registered and unregistered properties, to new builds, shared ownership, buy-to-let transactions, and remortgages
  • Handling casework independently while maintaining excellent client communication

Requirements

  • 2-5 years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Experience with freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Knowledge of registered and unregistered property matters
  • Familiarity with new build properties, shared ownership, buy-to-let, and right-to-buy schemes
  • Ability to handle remortgages and transfers of property
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive approach and team-oriented mindset
