Job Description:

A highly regarded law firm based in Bexleyheath is looking to recruit a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer to join their CQS-accredited conveyancing department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer to work within a supportive, well-established team, handling a broad range of residential property matters.

Job Responsibility:

  • Running your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for clients
  • Working closely with the wider conveyancing team to maintain the firm’s high standards and uphold compliance procedures
  • Remaining calm under pressure, managing competing deadlines, and supporting junior colleagues when needed

Requirements:

  • A qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ residential conveyancing experience
  • A proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Knowledge of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Familiarity with new build and shared ownership transactions (preferred)
  • Strong IT skills, including use of case management systems and Land Registry Portal
  • A conscientious and team-focused approach
