Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

• Managing a full caseload of residential and light commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling a broad range of transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, estate agents, mortgage providers, and opposing solicitors to ensure smooth progress on files
• Providing clear, practical legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service

• Significant experience in residential conveyancing
• experience in commercial property is advantageous
• Ability to manage files independently, with a confident, proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to client care
• High attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
