Job Responsibility:

Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including leases, re-mortgages, licenses, and land-related matters
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals to progress matters efficiently
Delivering clear, practical legal advice throughout each stage of the process, ensuring clients feel supported and well-informed
Maintaining high standards of client care while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Solid experience in residential property law, with a sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures
A client-focused approach, with the ability to explain legal matters in a clear and approachable manner
Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
The ability to work independently and handle a busy, varied caseload with minimal supervision
A team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude and excellent attention to detail
