An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fee Earner to join a well-established Residential Property team in Llanrwst, North Wales. The role involves managing various property matters and building your own client base, with excellent work-life balance and benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a wide range of property matters including buying, selling, transfer of equity, and first registrations
building and expanding your own client base within the local area

Requirements:

At least three years of experience in residential conveyancing
outstanding communication skills
