Job Description:

A leading law firm based in central Leeds is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer for a great new permanent opportunity. The role has arisen due to expansion and it will be to join a fantastic friendly and highly successful conveyancing team. Managing a full case load of sales and purchase files from start through to completion, you will be dealing with all matters from initial instruction through to completion.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years solid conveyancing fee earning experience
  • experience as a conveyancer, conveyancing solicitor, or qualified & part qualified CLC

  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with a solid understanding of the processes and requirements involved
  • Managing a client caseload independently with confidence and maintain a positive client experience including timeframe expectations
  • A meticulous approach to work, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative to resolve issues and complete tasks without supervision
