Job Description:

A Residential Conveyancer is wanted for a fantastic opportunity to work in brand new offices in Solihull with an ambitious and dynamic national law firm. Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Conveyancers looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment.

Job Responsibility:

managing a full and varied caseload of sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions from start to finish

Requirements:

  • technically strong Residential Conveyancers
  • at least 3 years experience managing a caseload from start to finish

Nice to have:

aspirations to head up a team in the future

  • Managing a client caseload independently with confidence and maintain a positive client experience including timeframe expectations
